Baths and Blessings (but not at the same time)

For those of you who aren't in contact with us very often, we are in the middle of a huge home renovation. We thought originally that the work would take anywhere from 4-6 weeks. We are now on week twelve. Needless to say, we are no where near completion and the project has completely taken over every free minute we have. My apologies for the lack of posts and the small quantity of pictures when we do post.

The girls loved taking their bath together. Unlike myself, Zoe doesn't mind when Lucy splashes her.

These two have so much fun together. Who knew that a cup of water could be so enthralling?

Two Sundays ago Lucy was blessed at my home congregation. The prayer given by the girls' Uncle Adam was beautiful, and John was cool as a cucumber, even though Zoe chose to scream the duration of the blessing. Seriously, almost the entire blessing, and when she wasn't screaming she was lunging at the microphone.

I FEEL your pain with how long projects take :) We're just doing a bathroom, I can't imagine the time and sanity it takes to do all the stuff you guys are doing!
Congrats on the blessing, even if Zoe wasn't too happy :)
