The one thing about having a sick child is that there are many, short sporadic naps through out the day. Because I have nothing better to do or rather I CHOOSE to have nothing better to do, I utilize that "free-time" (I use that term very loosely) surfing the net, reading random articles and catching up on pop culture. A while ago I found this fun quiz entitled "Labor Prediction Quiz". I don't think there is ANYTHING scientific about it, but it's a great way to waste a few minutes of this very cold, long afternoon.

According to the quiz results, I will most likely deliver an 8 pounder after my due date. Hmmmm. I don't know about that. Charles and I think that this baby will be smaller than Goose was. I guess we'll just have to wait and see. Fun fact: I took the quiz with Lucy and it was pretty spot on, predicting an 8 lb 3 oz baby (correct), after a 13 hour labor (I labored for 15.5 hours, which possibly might have been shorter if her head wouldn't have been so big), after my due date (correct, again). Two out of three. Spooky. One more thing, if you take this quiz, let me know what your results are.

Wow, do I feel like a stalker today!
That was fun, though. Here's what we got:
~1 to 2 weeks early [Savannah was 10 days]
~Born in the morning
~8.8 pounds [Savannah was 9.4]
~10 hours of labor [Savannah was around that]
Now I'll be really interested to see how close it is! I would give anything to have this one early too. And even though 8.8 pounds seems like a lot to most, after having Savannah that sounds like such a relief!!
here are the exciting results for baby hartley:
- 2-3 weeks early (What?!?!?!)
- born in the morning
- 7.8 lbs.
- 12 hours of labor, which i am assuming would have me starting the evening before, since my child is supposedly being born in the morning! i don't do well with anything besides sleeping at night as we all know.
Baby Hartley? Do you have some news, Sarah???
Sorry, Sarah, that's how Eli was! Went into good labor at around 6pm and he was born at 8:05am the next day! No sleep which did make it hard especially because we hardly got any sleep while at the hospital anyway so we went home with very little sleep....not fun.
Just for fun I did it for Eli. It was actually right on except for they said he would weigh 12 oz less than he really did. Pretty interesting that it was right about everything else!!
Okay, it was painful but I finally got some general info from the moms to complete this... and it says that we will be expecting little Woody up to a week early, in the morning, following 10 hours of labor. He will be approx 7 lbs. Sounds pretty good to me...
